NPV Group A/S, a prominent Danish residential and commercial real estate developer with its main activities in Copenhagen, successfully closed a DKK 150 million senior secured bond tap issue under the groups existing bond framework.

Vinga acted as advisor in the transaction, and Roschier Advokatbyrå AB (to Swedish law) and Moalem Weitemeyer Advokatpartnerselskab (as to Danish law) acted as Corporate Finance Legal Advisors. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Sweden.
